Secure closings, end to end
Closing a home shouldn’t be a leap of faith.
RealtorCisco puts escrow funds, verified identities, and every deal document in one auditable flow — so realtors and homeowners can buy and sell homes and buildings without the paper trail, the wire anxiety, or the guesswork.
- Purchase funds held in escrow
- Both parties identity-verified
- Deed, disclosures & inspection in vault
How it works
One flow from offer to keys in hand.
No more chasing bank wires, couriered documents, and half-signed addenda across inboxes. Every step lives in the deal record.
Set up the deal
A realtor opens a deal record for the property, the terms, and every party involved — buyer, seller, agent, and lender if there is one.
Verify the parties
Each participant completes government-ID or business-entity verification once. Verification carries across every deal they join.
Escrow holds the funds
Purchase money moves into regulated escrow and releases only when the conditions both sides agreed on are met — not before, not after.
Sign, release, done
Deed and closing documents are signed in the vault with tamper-evident signatures, funds release, and the full audit trail is sealed.
Security
Built around the transaction, not bolted on.
Wire fraud, forged documents, and “my client changed the terms” are the industry’s old risks. The deal record is designed so none of them get far.
Every document view, edit, and funds movement is written to the deal’s audit trail and visible to every authorized party.
-
Regulated escrow hold
Funds are held by a licensed escrow provider and release against agreed conditions only. No party can pull money early, including the platform.
-
Verified identities
Individuals verify with government ID; businesses verify entity registration. A verified party can’t be impersonated mid-transaction.
-
Encrypted document vault
Contracts, disclosures, and inspection reports are encrypted at rest and in transit, with access scoped to each party’s role.
-
Tamper-evident signatures
Every signature is anchored with a verifiable timestamp. If a document is changed after signing, the seal breaks and all parties are notified.
For you
Two sides of the table, one record.
Cleaner closings, fewer fires
Give every client a live, verifiable view of their deal — and stop being the person who forwards the forty-third email attachment.
- Open deals for residential, commercial, and multi-unit properties
- Track verification status per client in one place
- Share a client view that answers “where is my money?” before it’s asked
See it, verify it, sign it
Whether you’re buying your first home or selling the one you grew up in, you control what you see and who sees it.
- Confirm who every counterparty is before funds or signatures move
- Follow exactly when escrow releases and why
- Keep the complete closing record long after the keys change hands
FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
Who can hold the escrow funds?
A licensed escrow provider partners with RealtorCisco to hold purchase funds. We coordinate the release conditions; the escrow agent holds and disburses the money. RealtorCisco — and neither party to the deal — can move funds outside the agreed terms.
What kinds of properties does it cover?
Residential homes, condominiums, and commercial or mixed-use buildings. Land and multi-unit transactions follow the same deal-record flow, with documents adjusted to the property type.
Do both parties need accounts?
Yes. Each party gets a role-scoped view: sellers see their escrow status, buyers see theirs, agents see the full deal. No one sees more than their role allows, and everyone sees the same verified facts.
What happens if terms change mid-transaction?
Amendments are created as new, signed versions in the vault — the original is never edited. The release conditions update only when all required parties sign the amendment, and the change is visible to everyone on the deal.
